The process was particularly challenging due to the apartment being in probate, but they handled all communications with the lawyers and other parties effortlessly. She is patient and truly cares. Even after the closing, she checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. Being a transaction with multiple people, she scheduled showings, appointments, and the closing date effortlessly. Jennifer is easily reached. Responding quickly to texts or answering every phone call when we reached out. I never felt like I was being left behind or out of what was happening. I love how she cared about getting the home we love but would also not cause us any headaches in the future. She never rushed us to make a decision.
