I interviewed 3 relators when selling the house in my mom's estate. One was so hyper aggressive he was out. Another seemed "typical" but his story about having lived in the area didn't quite add up. Jennifer was a more genuine person that was there to help me through the process. She had a depth of knowledge about the reality business. She was quick to explain what's next and answer questions. We sold in May in a very hot market so we had lots of bids. Looking back 6 months later I think of Jennifer as a friend rather than just a business professional that provided a service when I needed it.
