Our time and transactions together with Jen can truly be described as an adventure. Over the years she has helped us buy vacant land that was For Sale By Owner, she listed and sold our home and lastly helped us buy our cottage. Each transaction came with its own set of unique challenges. Jen helped get the vacant land to closing despite an over-stepping, uncontrollable, micro-managing un-represented Seller. First time in 12 years of business having to convince us, the Buyers to take a property with contents (aka a ton of junk) and the first time ever that she gave a dumpster as a housewarming gift.
