We found the process of selling our house with Jen to be a very positive and streamlined process. She helped us view our house through the eyes of buyers, which helped us stage it to attract a wide range of interest. She worked hard to schedule professional photographers to shoot pictures for public websites, again helping us show off our house so others could see why we loved it. She made the negotiations of our sale contract as easy as possible and involved us in each step, providing us her thoughts while ultimately ensuring we made decisions we were comfortable with.

It has been almost one year since Jen helped us find our perfect home. She was very patient with us as we began a yearlong search. It was difficult since we lived on the east side of the state. But, she always provided a window for us when we came to town. She listened to our needs of being near our children, to the needs of a first floor master bedroom, laundry room, additional bedrooms, views, etc. she would honestly tell us if something about a place didn’t seem right in her opinion. This is an important part of a great real estate agent. She was not after a quick sale, after the biggest commission. She put our needs first. Her ability to match a home with her clients is uncanny.
