My wife and I were first time home buyers, so trustworthiness and patience were going to be paramount to a pleasant agent experience, and Jen was simply fantastic from start to finish. A few of the things that I believe sets her apart from other agents is the ease of communication with her. Calls, texts, and emails were always answered in a timely manner, even on weekends and before and after business hours. When we finally found a home we fell in love with, she helped us navigate the offer, contingencies, and escrow process. She even went out of her own pocket to pay us a rent back when the sellers refused to! After the sale was final, she stayed in touch to make sure we were happy with the move in experience, and even brought us a pie once we were settled in.
