Jenn is the BEST! I met Jenn 19 years ago when we were purchasing our first house. She was beyond patient with us then and she was the exact same this time around! I heard from Jenn all those 19 years -- she would send me things in the mail, cards, and kept in touch with me always. When I decided to sell my house, I called Jenn right away. She walked me through everything and was a wealth of knowledge. I was selling at a slower market time and she guided me through all the scenarios. Within 24 hours of my house being listed, I had multiple offers! It was so much work for her and the team, but they made it so easy for me. Having bought my new home as a FSBO, I don't think I could ever do that again. I spent so much money with an attorney due to a few challenges I was presented in the process and it was not the same as the sale of my house. I can't recommend her enough.
