Jenn Clark and Sarah Gustofson were both amazing to work with. We were moving from southern Indiana to Des Moines area and they did wonders teaching us about certain areas and what towns were larger vs small rural. Jenn is the BEST! I met Jenn 19 years ago when we were purchasing our first house. She was beyond patient with us then and she was the exact same this time around! Having bought my new home as a FSBO, I don't think I could ever do that again. I spent so much money with an attorney due to a few challenges I was presented in the process and it was not the same as the sale of my house. I can't recommend her enough.
