Jenn Clark and Sarah Gustofson were both amazing to work with. We were moving from southern Indiana to Des Moines area and they did wonders teaching us about certain areas and what towns were larger vs small rural. They worked with our schedule when we were able to come to town to look at homes. She had our family and kids in mind the whole time. I highly recommend Jenn and her team for your real estate needs.

Jenn is the BEST! I met Jenn 19 years ago when we were purchasing our first house. She was beyond patient with us then and she was the exact same this time around! She walked me through everything and was a wealth of knowledge. I was selling at a slower market time and she guided me through all the scenarios. Within 24 hours of my house being listed, I had multiple offers! It was so much work for her and the team, but they made it so easy for me. Having bought my new home as a FSBO, I don't think I could ever do that again. I spent so much money with an attorney due to a few challenges I was presented in the process and it was not the same as the sale of my house. I can't recommend her enough.
