This Team was phenomenal! Truly the best of the best! I have bought homes in the past and thought all Realtors were the same, but the Jennifer Bullock Team has provided a Closing Process that I never knew was possible. They handled every step of the way and provided me with detailed reminders/information along with putting me in contact with necessary closing providers that went over and beyond for my family and I. Not to mention, they follow up long after closing which has been a blessing! I receive market updates for my neighborhoods, reminders on house work that would have been forgotten and they never forget to check in! I also love their client events! I will always recommend the Jennifer Bullock Team to any/all of my family and friends who are looking to buy or sell.

This was the first time selling a home, and Jennifer made the process smooth and painless. Jennifer had great suggestions on how to market my house so that I may get the most value out of it. Jennifer and her team are incredibly easy to work with and helped me through the typically stressful process of selling a home with no problems whatsoever.

Katie was a great, knowledgeable realtor. She was always available to answer any and all questions and quickly! That was important to me! She worked hard always keeping our best interests at the forefront!

Jennifer and her team were a pleasure to work with. Her personality is great and she was very easy to talk to. We looked at houses pretty far from Wilmington and Jennifer was always super accommodating to show us properties. We found the perfect house and Jennifer and team did a awesome job guiding us through the buying process. We had a chance to work with Aleigh during the process as well and she was fantastic. I highly recommend the Bullock / RE/MAX Team.

Excellent in all phases of the industry. The time she provided was above what we expected.

Jennifer is very knowledgeable and business driven while very friendly and supportive.

My agent was knowledgeable, helpful and proactive, and the Jennifer Bullock team collaborated with my lender to ensure everything was buttoned up throughout the buying process.

Jennifer was the best possible agent to work with on the sale of my property. She was professional, personable, and made everything so easy throughout the entire process. Jennifer gave me the perfect balance of communication, honesty, and guidance from the start of the process through closing, and set the highest possible standard for the relationships between all parties involved. I will go out of my way to work with her again, and encourage others to do the same!

Jennifer was very knowledgeable on the market and was sympathetic to my situation. Having to wait to list no repairs etc. The only thing I would have liked is better communication from her. I realize she is a team lead and probably has her hands full but I would go days with no reply to a text from me. Her assistant was spectacular with communication and would always get any answer I needed.

The Realty Team did an excellent job for our recent purchase including Jennifer and Susan. We bought a beautiful home in an excellent location from out of state. We saw homes via FaceTime, we were then able to narrow down the choices and visit on site. The team were professional, responsive. They didn’t over sell any particular home and respected our choices whilst being open, honest and pragmatic. I’d highly recommend the team and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Jennifer Bullock is absolutely amazing. She has a wealth of experience and knowledge couples with an ability to listen and make you feel truly valued. I would recommend 100 percent!

Effort and research put into finding the right home that matched criteria was excellent. Constant emails with updated listings made sure there was nothing missed.
