Jennifer and her team are very responsive and exceptional at their craft! In our situation, we could have gone direct to the builder as they are building our community and several others, therefore, they have their own sales agents at the model home. Going direct is a HUGE mistake! You need Jennifer on your side to help with so many items. The home inspection, the over 100 issues on closing, i.e, cosmetic issues as well as some major issues.
