I have bought homes in the past and thought all Realtors were the same, but the Jennifer Bullock Team has provided a Closing Process that I never knew was possible. They handled every step of the way and provided me with detailed reminders/information along with putting me in contact with necessary closing providers that went over and beyond for my family and I. Not to mention, they follow up long after closing which has been a blessing! I receive market updates for my neighborhoods, reminders on house work that would have been forgotten and they never forget to check in! I also love their client events! Jennifer was very knowledgeable on the market and was sympathetic to my situation. Having to wait to list no repairs etc. The only thing I would have liked is better communication from her. I realize she is a team lead and probably has her hands full but I would go days with no reply to a text from me. Her assistant was spectacular with communication and would always get any answer I needed.

The Realty Team did an excellent job for our recent purchase including Jennifer and Susan. We bought a beautiful home in an excellent location from out of state. We saw homes via FaceTime, we were then able to narrow down the choices and visit on site. The team were professional, responsive.
