She was patient with us and made sure we got into a house we loved instead of one we might have been willing to settle for that wasn’t our favorite. We were put in contact with Jennifer through Homes.com. From the first phone through closing she was the for us. Trying to buy a vacation home while living over 1,000 miles away could have difficult. She answered our texts and emails almost immediately and when asked for advice she provided sound guidance. Touring potential homes met our want list and she looked at each viewing with knowledge about the good, the questionable, and the thought that we might want to keep looking. She would do video tours and send them to us. Each video would have a commentary that would include the positives and the negatives. We knew we could trust what she said. We finally found the one and couldn't be happier. I would recommend Jennifer to anyone who wants a realtor who makes the client feel they are her only client and that she only wants the best result for them.
