Jennifer is very helpful and thoughtful and was always there when I need a question answered. If she didn't know, she would get back to me within minutes, and maybe even again with more information. Jenn showed she is very familiar with the entire surrounding housing areas, including Fort Mojave and down towards Topoc. Professionally, when she walks into a house she's showing, the first things she looks for are the things most buyers usually do not. Then she explains why something could be a problem later. Very important and I was very impressed with that. She never imposed her opinion on anything I liked or didn't like. I never felt any pressure from her. Most important to me was when I wanted to close escrow early and she made it happen. She was always on time for my appointments and sometimes already waiting at the house. To sum it up, she is a very knowledgeable, professional and very friendly person. After receiving the key to my new home, we sat around and shared stories. Jenn shared some funny amazing stories of her history here in Bullhead. I would certainly call upon Jennifer's service again, if the time came, but I will certainly recommend her to my family or friends for her real estate services. She is a very delightful person. Jennifer went over and above what I expected my agent to accomplish. She is 1300 miles away, but communication seemed as though she was right here. She never made me feel as if I was bothering her; always ready to answer any questions or concerns. She put me in touch with other professionals that I needed for plumbing, home inspection, etc. This was definitely helpful. She also took additional videos of several homes I had chosen so that I would get a closer look at the details. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I did my research prior to reaching out to Jennifer regarding listing the house. Aside from positive reviews, I discovered that she aggressively advertised her listings (print, digital, FB, etc). When I met with Jennifer in person she came prepared with 3 different price rate sheets inclusive of est. net profit, had done a complete work up of property comps and reviewed each one with me. The property was being sold as is, so we discussed a pricing strategy based on comps, how long houses in "sold" comps were on the market, the time frame that I wanted to sell the house along with the net income I wanted to walk away with. Jennifer went above and beyond with getting the house prepped for selling from arranging the landscaping to getting cleaned up, the interior cleaned, professional photos that made the house look amazing online for the listing, etc. When the house was listed, it was priced right for the market, garnered a strong interest and multiple showings. Within four weeks we had multiple offers and sold the house in record time. Jennifer's help and assistance didn't stop at the paperwork being signed. She helped throughout the closing process and was in constant communication on everything. I 100% recommend Jennifer and will definitely utilize her again if the need to sell a house in the area arises!
