I have been working with Jennifer Avery for a few months TRYING to get to closing on my Mom's house. We put the house on the market on a Wednesday & had a ratified contract on Friday, for FULL asking price & buyer paying closing costs. Then the fun started. Inspection time. Most of the people involved didn't even know me as the owner, because Jennifer handled EVERYTHING. From chasing down contractors & engineers to trying to keep the buyer. I couldn't ask for a better person to be there to work in my best interest. Jennifer is professional and she KNOWS PEOPLE. It was her expertise and timely suggestions that put us across the finish line just ahead of stiff competition for our new home. She knows the Warren County area like the back of her hand and the relationships she has developed with other realtors and professionals in the area also turned out to be critical in helping us seal the deal. There seems to be nothing that escapes Jenn’s attention when it comes to property for sale in this area. We found Jenn to be a highly attentive agent and at times it seemed like we were her only customer, although we know that was not the case. She returned all phone calls and emails the same day. We never felt neglected or unimportant. She is also very approachable, with an engaging personality, excellent listening skills, and an enthusiasm for finding us a home.
