Jennie and Team are extremely good with clients. They are thorough in details and making sure we don't miss anything. I have worked with them for going on 3 years and they represent my developments as a builder.
Jennie was amazing to work with! She knew how to tell us to “stage” our house and tips to help it be appealing to a buyer. She was always quick with responses and very knowledgeable about the market.
Jennie Johnson and her team are fantastic to work with. We chose them because they were the third Relator for the house across the street that wouldn’t sell. And they sold it! They priced our home to perfection and it sold in 2 1/2 weeks. They were calm force in the mist of ups and downs of selling and buying a home. We wanted a fair price in a reasonable timeframe. We were skeptical about no open houses and putting up our home for the same price as the house next door with more square footage. The results speak for themselves. With her guidance of staging our home with our things and minor repairs we were offered full price. With a full price we were able to buy our new house in the perfect area across town. We didn’t think we could afford the neighborhood, but Jennies team made it happen and negotiated for us in a tight market for this area! Thank you so much. We will forever be grateful for all your hard work to make it a smooth experience! We would definitely recommend Jennie’s team for anyone needing to sell or buy a new home!
