Jenna has been a wonderful realtor to work with dating back to 2015 where she helped us find a home under sub-optimal, rushed circumstances in the middle of harsh winter in Cleveland. She is extremely patient and very knowledgeable. She showed us a multitude of homes during that time and eventually helped find a home that was just right for us. Fast forward 5 years we sought her out again to help us sell while the COVID pandemic was at it's peak. She helped us navigate this process while I was half a country away and we were able to get a great deal and even when the proceedings became challenging on behalf of the buyers, Jenna was a fierce advocate. I would recommend Jenna to anyone and would definitely seek her out again if I was buying in the Cleveland area.
