Hands down the best customer service experience I’ve ever had, in honestly any industry. The amazing level of clear communication, consistent checkups, and attention to detail was such a pleasant surprise - given that you don’t see this level of service at all these days. Jenna and crew went to bat for me every step of the way and in the end got me basically everything I wanted - from the house itself, to the repairs and credits, and everything in between. It was a one-stop shop, they handled literally everything, which I also loved since I didn’t have time to go and find a lender, and inspector, etc. I would (and have) recommended Jenna to anyone that will listen, lol. Thank y’all so much for getting me into this amazing home ??
