I cannot possibly say enough good things about Jena and the team. We are an active duty military family, and were undertaking a move across the world to a location we had never been before, Homestead Florida in Miami-Dade County. First, Jena replied to my initial email seeking her help and expertise within 24 hours. That screamed professionalism to me because I had received zero replies from any other realtors in the area. I had reached out to 2 others before finally finding the Own Miami Team webpage and Jena specifically. Second, she wasted no time in asking questions to figure out exactly what we were looking for, and what would be most important to us in our new home. Third, she provided expert advice on the best locations to meet our criteria. She was super kind about it all and helped us feel as if each of our questions and concerns were heard and answered. When we finally arrived in Miami, she set it up so we could hit the ground running to find our new home as quickly as possible. She, Richard, and the entire team were nothing short of a blessing during our search, as it was not an easy task to find the home that fit us and our military circumstances during this particular move. We thought finding the home would be the hard part, but in fact getting from finding it to closing on it proved much more difficult. Through every hurdle Jena was on top of it. We were never left in the dark about anything that was going on, and she always played with her A plus game. She never let us feel as if we were alone in the process, and that means a lot when moving into a place unknown from across the world. We have come to think of her and her husband as part of our new Florida family, and would recommend her to anyone and everyone ten times over. Especially to other military families in similar situations. You cannot go wrong here.

Jena and her team at own Miami are top notch Years of experience in realestate, knows the market and what the market can handle. She goes the extra mile x 2 in making sure your sale goes as smoothly as possible as well as taking the time to educate the seller (me) in what to expect along the way.
