Jeffrey Levine has been licensed in Real Estate since 1997. He began his career in central New Jersey. In his 1st year of real estate sales he closed 48 buyer agency transactions and 55 tenant representation leases. He was named Rookie of the Year in a Brokerage company of 100 agents and in 1999 he became the company's first sales manager.
Since his arrival in FL, Jeffrey has overseen the successful completion of over 10,000 Real Estate sales transactions and 1000's of leases totaling over $3 Billion in closed volume. His has also coached and trained over 2500 sales associates. Previous to his current position Jeffrey was a Managing Broker of a company with 9 offices and 750 agents.
Currently Jeffrey is Broker Associate and The Director of Productivity for Keller Williams Realty Services in Boca Raton. He’s also the team leader of the top producing Lux Places & Spaces Group and Permit Holder of The School Of Advanced Realty. Jeffrey is all a Keller Williams University approved trainer and teaches multiple courses throughout all Keller Williams Regions.
Jeffrey has received numerous awards and recognition in his career including Realtor® Association of the Palm Beaches Broker of the Year for Large Size Brokerages in 2014 and Florida realtors RPAC Chairman for the State of Florida in 2015 and the 2021 Myrtle T Anderson Leadership Award from the Broward, Palm Beaches and St. Lucie Realtors®.
In 2017 he was named the first Realtor® of The Year of the newly merged Realtors® of The Palm Beaches and Greater Ft. Lauderdale. He currently serves on Florida Realtors® and National Association of Realtors® Board of Directors and was the 2019 Chair of NAR Business Issues Policy Committee and 2020 Chair of Florida Realtors® Major investor Recognition Subcommittee. In 2020 he served as the District 11 DVP for Florida Realtors and a member of Florida Realtors® Executive Committee.
In 2022 Jeffrey served as Chair of the National Association of Realtors® MLS Issues & Policy Committee, Curerntly Jeffrey serves as the Chair of the Nation Association of Realtors® MLS Technology and Emerging Issues Advisory Board. On the state level Jeffrey has been appointed Chair of Florida Realtors® Issues Mobilization Committee and Vice Chair of State & Local Taxation Think Tank.
He also holds the following National Designations: CIPS - Certified International Property Specialist, ABR - Accredited Buyers Representative, CRS – Certified Residential Specialist and SRES – Seniors Real Estate Specialist and is Certified Coach, Speaker, Trainer with the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team.
