I can not say enough positive things about my experience with Jeffrey Clonts!

Jeffrey Clonts was excellent at listening and delivering what I was looking for. He was patient, well-versed, and jolly throughout the whole process. He kept me calm and connected through the whole process. It is a very stressful experience, but Jeff’s calm demeanor, honesty, and kindness kept me on track. The Cape House team was ready and able to jump right on any concerns. Teammate Katie Clancy was all that Jeff was — available, connected, kind, and knowledgeable. She helped me find the Ravis broker who has listed my current property. I highly recommend Jeffrey Clount and the Cape House team — and I look forward to starting my new life in my Cape House!

I met Jeffrey because he helped my daughter and her husband find their first home. A great realtor is always important, but especially so for first-time buyers, and they had such a positive experience with Jeff’s help! When my daughter recommended Jeff, it was a huge comfort knowing I could count on a similar experience. The home-buying process is, even as someone who’d gone through it before, still an enormous undertaking. Moving from Georgia to the Cape, the Massachusetts particulars were a bit different, and Jeff was great at explaining them all to me. Plus, he is patient as the day is long, and willing to research/answer all questions/requests. He’s the best! Totally professional but absolutely personable and approachable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who needs a realtor’s services.

I hate marketing surveys. I've known one or two people who have driven for Uber or worked at other places where every customer has to give them perfect scores on everything or they get called out by their boss in front of their co-workers & not allowed to put their yoghurt in the break room refrigerator for four or five weeks after any bad report comes in. Also, I've seen "Glengarry Glen Ross" both on stage & in a movie theater, so I probably worry more about real estate offices than I do about my dentist or my Subaru dealer (both of whom are currently bugging me to fill out surveys that I plan to ignore). Leslie & I were novice home buyers, & we appreciated Jeffrey Clonts's professionalism & his friendly demeanor. (You didn't ask, we also liked the folks in your office who guided us through the closing process.) Jeff was incredibly patient with our very deliberate approach to the process of figuring out what we could afford & where we wanted to be, and very understanding about the minor issues that developed as a result of our trying to conduct most of our search from 300 miles away. We will definitely recommend him & the Raveis agency in general to anyone who asks us about our home-buying experience. You'll probably only want to use the second paragraph.
