A great realtor is always important, but especially so for first-time buyers, and they had such a positive experience with Jeff’s help! When my daughter recommended Jeff, it was a huge comfort knowing I could count on a similar experience. The home-buying process is, even as someone who’d gone through it before, still an enormous undertaking. I hate marketing surveys. I've known one or two people who have driven for Uber or worked at other places where every customer has to give them perfect scores on everything or they get called out by their boss in front of their co-workers & not allowed to put their yoghurt in the break room refrigerator for four or five weeks after any bad report comes in. Also, I've seen "Glengarry Glen Ross" both on stage & in a movie theater, so I probably worry more about real estate offices than I do about my dentist or my Subaru dealer (both of whom are currently bugging me to fill out surveys that I plan to ignore). Leslie & I were novice home buyers, & we appreciated Jeffrey Clonts's professionalism & his friendly demeanor. (You didn't ask, we also liked the folks in your office who guided us through the closing process.) Jeff was incredibly patient with our very deliberate approach to the process of figuring out what we could afford & where we wanted to be, and very understanding about the minor issues that developed as a result of our trying to conduct most of our search from 300 miles away. We will definitely recommend him & the Raveis agency in general to anyone who asks us about our home-buying experience. You'll probably only want to use the second paragraph.
