I cannot imagine buying our first home with any agent other than Jeff. Jeff is so personable and genuine. The fact that he lives right here in the Village meant alot because he knows the community first hand. During stressful times, Jeff kept his cool, and led us with confidence and care. The first hand knowledge of the community is beyond value. There's nothing like having the real estate agents also living and working in the community. I really enjoy and learn a lot from the Cape House Show videos. The whole experience was by far the best we have ever had in buying a home.

Jeff keep up the great work. Never stop being witty as you make the customer feel comfortable in rather uncomfortable situations. Teach others in your profession what it means to respond in a timely manner, what it means to put the customer first all the time, what it means to be part of a service driven organization. He kept me calm and connected through the whole process. It is a very stressful experience, but Jeff’s calm demeanor, honesty, and kindness kept me on track.
