Jeff’s very profession agent, fast to respond on inquiries and request. I would recommend Jeff to anyone who are looking to buy in highly competitive market. Jeff is as good as it gets for real estate agents who can navigate a highly competitive market. All in all, Jeff is a great agent with job well done.

Jeffrey worked with us 100%. He answered any questions or concerns we had at any time of day. Always available as a team player.

Jeffrey is a wonderful combination of market knowledge, responsiveness, and cool demeanor during the stressful process of buying a home. We were new to the area, and had limited time to explore options and make decisions. On top of that, we had an unusually complex purchase situation that Jeffrey helped us through at every step – staying focused on our goals and leveraging his local experience and problem-solving skills. We highly recommend him!

Buying a new home is stressful enough without adding a turbulent market and currently living 1,000 miles away. Jeff was calm when I wasn't, always available, and shrewd when we knew my offer had competition. I wouldn't have even attempted this move without him.

Finding a beach house is tough in today’s competitive market. However, it is twice as hard when you know nothing about the Cape market and aren’t from the area. Jeff helped us every step of the way starting from explaining the various options/areas in and around the Cape to listening and understanding our preference as well as guiding us with sound advice all through the process. Jeff worked with us at our pace and we always felt like there was someone on the inside that was on our side. Since we went with a new construction which took longer than anticipated due to covid issues there were many instances when we couldn’t make the commute to the Cape but we could always trust Jeff to check in on our behalf and keep us up to date. Jeff went above and beyond our expectations to ensure we found what we were looking for. We were able to find our dream home within our price point and couldn’t have done it without Jeff. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, experienced realtor who is on your side, you have the best in Jeff.

It was a pleasure working with Jeffrey, both on the sale of my home and the purchase of a condo. His knowledge of the market is exceptional and he provided me with many choices, to purchase, all to my liking. The sale of my home went very smoothly and quickly. He led me through every step of the process, and made the transition easy. He is professional in every way. I can recommend him highly.

Jeffrey is an excellent realtor. He knows the cape and he is well respected in the business. Every where we went the buyer's agent said , "Oh, I know Jeffery, you are in great hands. You have one of the good ones." He is honest, straight forward and possesses a much needed sense of humor. We started our search in one town and then decided to expand our search a bit. Jeffrey quickly and easily adapted to our new plans and sent listings that included the new areas. We ended up with a home that meets our needs perfectly- near family and a secluded little pond. Jeffrey helped negotiate a fair buy back that pleased both parties. We highly reccommend Jeffrey Clonts.

During what has proven to be a difficult time to purchase a home, Jeffrey was a true professional and his expertise guided us through the process and allowed us to purchase our new home on the Cape. He was always a step ahead and kept us apprised throughout the somewhat challenging housing market and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell on the Cape.

Jeff insisted on finding realtors with more extensive knowledge of areas he did not routinely service. He cared more about finding the best property for me than his commission. He was honest in his opinions of each property. He was on top of everything, from finding appropriate properties to making sure the attorney had everything necessary for the closing. This is my 19th purchase or sale of properties. Jeff was the BEST!!

Jeffrey Clonts is a fantastic agent to work with, he always responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had during the sales process. He had a buyer for our property in one week after it’s been on the market for 2 years! He is the best choice!

Jeffrey was personable and easy to work with. His familiarity with the various areas of the Cape was helpful in guiding us as we explored options. In a turbulent market he was the calm we needed to ultimately make a solid decision.

Jeffrey knew the market thoroughly and was extremely helpful in getting the place ready to show. Was always professional, went the extra mile throughout. Helped us get an above asking price for the property, and in general made the entire process of selling the property as seamless and easy as possible.
