As an aspiring first time home owner, I had the slightest clue on even the first step of buying a home. I believe my inexperience frightened me to begin the process. After connecting with Jeff (through a recommendation) he made the process so simple and enjoyable for me. I had just started a new job In a new city and had very little time to prepare and lol I to buying a new home. Jeff knew about my busy schedule and was able to accommodate on all of my needs along with creating a calendar for when things are due. Without Jeff, I do believe I’d still be out there searching for my dream home. I will recommend Jeff to anyone buying a home.

Jeff defines the term: "goes above & BEYOND expectations". He personally attended to every detail in facilitating the sale of my home. He did so much more to make the sale happen - more than is defined in the duties of a realtor: since I moved 3 K miles away in the middle of the process, I knew I was in safe hands with Jeff and could rely in his infinitesimal expertise and years of experience. Jeff was and is always the consummate professional. He oversaw every minutiae of the re-staging, he scheduled numerous open houses, he personally & successfully handled many, many contractor negotiations on my behalf (too numerous to recount). As stressful as selling a property long distance could be- Jeff soothed me with constant reassurances. He was super responsive by phone, email or text. Just know that when you choose Jeff- you are in good hands. I wish he could represent me now as a buyer in my new location.

Jeff helped me and my wife buy our first home. He helped us navigate the difficult process and answered all of our questions every step of the way. We searched for our home during the December/January months and despite the holidays he always answered our questions promptly. Thanks to Jeff, we closed on time and with no major issues.

Jeffery was very patient and helpful with me, I was struck by his honesty and he wasn't satisfied unless I was satisfied. There was one home in the area that we took a look at and he pointed out a defect in the floor, we both nodded in agreement and politely found a way to leave the seller without too many bruised feelings. Because he knew that I was infatuated with a certain area, he immediately scouted and found a property that fit my bill.

I was recommended to Jeff by a coworker that spoke very highly of him so I decided to reach out to Jeff and tell him what I was looking for, within a week I had more options than I could dream of with houses that I never even thought of Jeff did not allow me to jump at the first thing I saw and told me that we could weigh some good options and boy was he right I ended up finding a bigger better and more affordable home. Some realtors want money I’ve learned that Jeff wants his clients happiness that’s why I will use him again if I ever decide to sell my home and buy another and I will forever recommend him to all of my friends and family.

Let me start off by saying that I am a born skeptic. Not the easiest client to work with by any stretch. When I started my house hunt I had a LOT of questions, and I was ready to walk on to the next realtor if I didn't like the answers I heard. I did just that with the first few realtors my wife and I met with in fact (I highly recommend sitting to interview your realtor). The buck stopped with Jeff. He had all the answers we needed, was remarkably patient in explaining the whole process, and was there with us from start to finish. He helped dispel some incorrect notions I had about the house hunting process, worked with us within the price range we wanted, and gave us the information we needed to pass on a bad offer, even when it meant he would have closed us a month earlier than he did! It is difficult to overstate how important it is to have an ethical and committed realtor in your corner. Ultimately I believe Jeff ended up showing us well over a dozen homes (we were very picky), and his expertise once we were inside showings helped us narrow down the scope of what we were looking for so we could find the home we found. It really just felt as if he was willing to go above and beyond. Jeff either doesn't sleep, or keeps his phone in bed with him, but either way he was responsive round the clock when we needed him. I would highly recommend Jeff for your homebuying needs, and it is easy to see who follows the recommendation because they end up writing a review of their own on here in short order!

Jeff was an absolute joy to work with from start to closing. His energy and knowledge of real estate won us over immediately, and he continued to impress us with his professionalism, attentiveness, and "go-get-um" attitude, while remaining extremely easy to talk to throughout. Duing a tough buyer's market, Jeff was always reassuring that we should not make any choices we weren't 100% comfortable with, and remained optimistic that we would find the perfect home. My wife and I repeatedly said to each other how happy and lucky we were to have found Jeff to work with through this process. We honestly can't say enough good things.
