Jeff is all of the above and more. We began this process with a little more than five months before we needed to close on a house. As his introduction to us, Jeff took the time to thoroughly explain the purchasing process, to include all that he does for us as the buyer, and all that his office/agency does. As first time home buyers, we had many, many questions, and no matter what time it was or day of the week, Jeff always answered every single one clearly, professionally, and with a smile. There is no question that Jeff absolutely went above and beyond to help us get the house that fit our needs and budget, and we would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Lastly, Jeff was thoughtful enough to see that our young daughters would have a hard time transitioning to the new house. He took it upon himself to schedule a time for our daughters to tour the house themselves and ask him any questions before we moved in. If you look online at Jeff's listings, it's easy to see what a great job he does marketing his listings, top notch. What isn't obvious but so exemplary is his follow through to the closing for your property. Jeff does an exceptional and extraordinary job with all the details. When you ask him a question and he responds, "I'll handle it" or "Stand by", he means it and our stress level reduced immediately. We moved out of state and signed necessary documents ahead of time. Jeff took care of the rest, including following up and being sure our wire transfer of funds occurred quickly and smoothly. This was our 8th primary residence.
