Jeff is amazing! He helped us sell our 120 year old twin home with multiple offers within a few days AND had our bid on our dream home accepted in a competitive market all on the same day. He’s super responsive and friendly too, so easy to work with. Any little glitches that came up in the process he handled with ease quickly so that everything was settled on the date it all was planned to. I highly recommend working with him!

5 stars is not high enough to rank our experience with Jeff. We have been in nearly 30 transactions over the years with properties in multiple states and our experience with Jeff was by far the best ever. Not only was he knowledgeable and experienced, he went far beyond our expectations in making a very complicated sale (out of state buyer, reluctant seller, contingency sale, complex property and all during a pandemic) move forward through several hurdles. We felt Jeff was "100% on our team" even with the seller's agent being from the same agency. Collectively we brainstormed and he was always our strong advocate. I only wish all our realtors over the years had been as strong as Jeff.

Amazing realtor! My husband and I were first time home buyers with very little knowledge about real estate, home buying, or negotiating a sale. What we did know, however, is what we wanted in a home and Jeff listened to all of our concerns and thoughts and provided answers to our questions in a very precise, thoughtful, and personable way. He is an agent that will fight tooth and nail for you, he'll be the bad guy on your behalf to make sure you get a fair deal, and he'll make sure the house you're buying is exactly what you want. To that point, what we really appreciated was never being pressured into a home we were on the fence about and Jeff was always quick to point out a problem with a property and how much work and money that problem might be - and made sure that at closing, that problem was taken into account; something that as first time homebuyers we needed. We are pretty sure he worked harder than we did during the process, always able to fit us into his schedule whether it was 8am on a Monday or 6pm on a Sunday, Jeff really cares about his clients. Jeff became part of the family in the sense that he was always looking out for us. We never felt like he was even collecting a commission. His organization and professionalism allowed us to sell our house in four days. He coached us on proper offers and which was the best to take. Jeff has the patience of a saint. Jeff gladly showed myself, my husband, and a varied assortment of our children every house in Elkins Park over two years. part realtor / part family therapist, Jeff finally knew when he had found the perfect house for our family and got us in before the house was officially on the market.
