Jeff and his team were outstanding with the recent sale of our house. His wisdom and experience immediately paid off when our house first listed. His listing agent Aarron Allison completely followed up with us on every step of the process. He also was very knowledgeable and informative. He kept us up to date on every detail. Aarron kept us calm during this stressful time and his experience could be felt with each call that he took or returned. The first weekend for us was a little crazy because we had so many showings so we had to make sure that the house was ready for the next day's showings. We would not hesitate for a moment if someone asked us if we would ever use them again. They were fantastic!

I’m very thankful to this company. I had a great experience with Katie Melker as my realtor, she did a fantastic job helping me to buy my house, The process was very easy, it was not stressful at all, Thanks Jeff for calling me to see if everything was okay. if I could give them more then 5 stars I would. If I would buy another property, I would definitely contact them again. thanks for everything!

Jeff and his team did an amazing job selling our home! Very persistent, and on top of their work. Aaron helped sell our home and he exceeded our expectations and was always a call away. He always took the time to explain anything I didn’t understand. He was there every step of the way and was there to help whenever needed. I highly recommend using them!

This team is great to work with. Courtney, especially, made the sale of my home an incredibly easy process.

Katie Merkle of the Tricoli Team was exceptionally professional, very attentive and super-responsive. She helped us find our new dream home in Lake Worth, Florida. We got a seriously great deal, $30K below market value! What a great deal! Our best investment ever!! All thanks to Katie and the Tricoli Team! We highly recommend them to all our friends and family! Sincerely, Elvis & Rosa Reynoso.

Jeff and Ryan make an incredible real estate team. Together they have the local knowledge and the professional expertise to make selling my home a very painless and profitable experience. From the first meeting to explain what they do and how they do it, to the proper pricing of my home (much higher than I had thought possible), to the photographer they sent to take beautiful pictures, to the care given to meeting safety expectations related to Covid-19, to the procedure they use for scheduling and confirming showings ... every step in a very complicated process was handled well and made my life as a seller so much easier. The negotiation process actually enabled me to receive more than my asking price (again, much to my surprise!). They stayed on top of the process from the signing of the sales contract to the buyers' inspection and the processes with the title company. In summary, I truly did not have to worry about anything falling through the cracks. The Tricoli Team was thorough and professional every step of the way. Thank you, Jeff Tricoli and Ryan Garcia for making the sale of my home seem like a walk in the park!

The Tricoli Team is top quality in Real Estate. Jeff and his team have historical knowledge of Palm Beach County and the market trends. They respond quickly and keep you up to date on the progress of all sales. We used Jeff and his team to sell a townhouse and then he helped us find the perfect house to buy. Everything was professional and worry free from the point of sale to handing over the keys. I can’t thank Jeff and the entire Tricoli team for all they do for us. Highly recommended!

When we met with Jeff to list our house, we knew he was going to be the right agent for us. He listened and didn’t try to get us to list the house for a lower price. We can’t say enough great things about the whole process. Jeff and his team were prompt, communicative, and made the entire process worry free. Not only did he help sell our house, he helped us buy our new home! Couldn’t recommend another realtor more. You can’t go wrong if you go with Jeff and the Tricoli team!

Jenny was attentive and knew the time frame in which I needed to find a place. I was happy to have someone answer all of my questions and concerns. It was such a hectic time to buy a place to live under covid circumstances so I am grateful I had her to help me! She’s a hard worker and is always going to showings. I highly recommend her!

Jeff Tricoli and his associate, Aaron Allison came to my house to explain how the process of listing and selling my home would go. They seemed extremely knowledgable not only about the best ways to sell a home but they knew a lot about the sale prices of the homes in the surrounding area in order to price my home competitively. Aaron was my primary point of contact and was in daily contact with me either by phone or text message and kept me up to date as to what was going on with the sale of my home. They were extremely professional and very attentive to my needs throughout the process. I was able to sell my home after only 1 day on the market and I could not have done it without Jeff and the Tricoli Team! I am very grateful to Jeff and Aaron.
