He helped me im deciding what offer to accept and help me get things done since I was in CT and the house is in Florida, The realtors helped send some of my things back to me since I didn’t go back to Florida and made sure that everything went smoothly. We were looking to buy a house in the West Palm Beach area. We had spoken with several real estate agents and most were not listening to our needs. We then reached out to the Tricoli team based on excellent online reviews. Jennie Michuda took the lead and she spent time listening. She knew that we had no hard deadlines to find a house, so it might take a few months before we would actually buy something. Jennie was happy to work within those parameters. She found us a number of listings and she listened to what we liked and what we did not like, so she could better tailor future listings to our needs. We eventually targeted a couple of developments and specific floor plans in those developments. What we wanted was not currently on the market, but we were willing to wait and Jennie was too. Then, more than four months after starting our search a house that checked most of our needs came on the market and we were able to buy it. Jennie then worked with us during the rest of the process through closing. During the entire process, Jennie was extremely professional and responsive to all of our questions and desires. The Tricoli team were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire selling process. Jeff Tricoli began the process with an initial meeting and brought many options with a lot of data to help make decisions about selling our home right to the house. After a great explanation of the process, we signed papers and scheduled a photo session with a professional photographer the Tricoli’s use. Excellent photos were professionally taken-both inside and outside. A drone was used to gain an outdoor aerial perspective of the property. All photos were amazing! We had many, many comments regattas photos and how they guides people to our property. Things began quickly and the property was listed in a few short days.
