There are many real estate in Florida but find a very good one is quite difficult for my own personal experience all the time we sold and bought an house we had a bad experience never a professional agent that doesn't look at you like an hundred dollar bill and ounce they get the hand on the money they don't recognize you anymore. This time was different first because is the last house I was selling second I really found an excellent agent that took care of my house like was his house, always answer the phone and texts never complain and always positive even if I was not, I really couldn't ask any better I know sound crazy but it's the real truth.
