Jeff Tricoli's presentation and knowledge of the area was impressive. I was fearful for my father with Covid. Jeff and his team wore protective masks and stayed a decent distance. Selling my dad's home was bitter sweet for him, Jeff made sure to make him comfortable. Jeff suggested selling as is to reduce costs on repairs and less stress for my father. My Dad was sad to let the house go but very happy with amount he received and not having to do additional repairs. Both my father and I are impressed and will use the Tricolo team again in the near future!!
eff and his team are extremely professional, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job for us. They sold our home after only 4 days on market. After the first day, approximately 7 parties had toured the house. we got four offers over the asking price the next day. on day two, 8 parties toured the home and on day three, 8 more parties came through. on day four we got two higher offers, both over asking price and one was all cash. we accepted that offer and in about 23 days, we closed the sale. Again Jeff and team were there every step of the way and we talked by phone numerous times during the time period. Jeff and team could not do anything different or any better than they did. Aaron was great and a great asset to the Tricoli team. Even after we had accepted our final offer, people were still attempting to come to see the house. The Tricoli team knows what they are doing. My agent Ryan was always there every step of the way. When we first started the process he came totally prepared with all sales in the area and was very knowledgeable with the Cresthaven condos. we constantly had showings and we also received feedback from all the showings. We have been impressed with Jeff and his company from our first meeting. He took the time to come to our home in Fort Lauderdale in order to gain a more complete understanding of its strengths or any aspects that we should consider improving or changing. We were in the process of selling our home in Virginia that we wanted to close before selling the Fort Lauderdale home, but that did not curb his efforts to prepare us for the eventual sale of our Florida home. He kept us informed of the most current "comps" and market movement. When we were ready to sell he arranged for a photographer to come to our home within two days. The photographer was friendly and professional and took beautiful pictures of our home. Our home was placed on the MLS in less than a week and we received four offers the first weekend. Our selling agent requested a best and final offer from the top three and by Tuesday of the second week we received a full-price, cash offer, which we accepted. The Tricoli Team recommend an excellent Title Company and closing went smoothly. All in all it was a great experience.
My home was listed by the Jeff Tricoli team in October, 2020. I purposely listed it at a higher sale amount than what was recommended just to see what action the property would get. There were several people who made appointments to see my home, and there were offers but they were lower than I would accept. It was recommended I lower the price which I did on 3 occasions. My main contact was Courtney and she was very patient with me. Ultimately my home sold at an excellent price which happened to be the highest amount received in my community. I did not want to have any open houses so everything was done by appointment only with lots of activity.
