I had an excellent overall experience with my agent, Ryan Garcia and the Keller Williams - Tricoli Team. Ryan arrived on day one, right on time with a Comparative Market Analysis of my home and existing homes in the area. Within a few days, a professional photographer arrive and took photos and a video which showcased my home better than I could have ever imagined. I was provided with the "Home App" which allowed me to view all scheduled showing times. We had dozens of showings and 3 offers within a week or so. We had an issue with the first buyer who withdrew after two extensions, but the Tricoli Team had my back through the entire process. They quickly reeled- in another buyer and we were able to close remotely within a week of the first contract withdraw. They were able to settle/recover an amicable portion of escrowed funds for me without litigation. Contact throughout the the sales process was good. All calls and/or texts were replied to - usually within an hour. Although there a few issues, none the fault of my agent or the Tricoli Team - I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend them.
I first expressed my interest in selling my home on the evening of June 8th through UpNest. The following day I was contacted by several local agents, one representing the Keller Williams / Tricoli Team. None of the agents, except for the Tricoli Team, were able to schedule an appointment for several days. Ryan arrived the next afternoon, on time, with a complete Comparative Market Analysis of my home and comparable / recent sales in the area. I was impressed by his marketing strategy and we came to terms on a contract. Within 72 hrs a photographer arrived and took photos inside and out. When he left, I had an electronic lockbox on my front door and a for sale sign in my front yard. The listing and photos went live on the MLS the following week and I had multiple showings and several offers within a week. Not every transaction goes smoothly - mine had a few hiccups. The first contract failed to materialize - through no fault of my agent, Ryan, or the Tricoli Team. The Tricoli Team was able to reach out and located another buyer, even though my home had been off the market (Pending) for three weeks. I had a cash buyer and closed within a week. I was able to "pre-sign" the documents on a Wednesday, and close on Friday while in Santa Fe, NM for a wedding. The Tricoli Team also handled the recovery of the escrow dispute that occurred after the first buyer withdrew..... Even though there were a few obstacles to overcome, I felt confident that Ryan and the Tricoli Team had my back. I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

The Tricoli team members are consummate professionals. They did an incredible job of selling our home quickly and for top dollar. From the start, their marketing package answered all of our initial questions and provided guidelines for showing our home. We followed every instruction to the letter and were pleased with the results. The open house was managed flawlessly and we received several offers that same weekend. Home showings were scheduled electronically and without incident. Our home space was treated with respect and the Tricoli team provided feedback and follow up for all of our questions and concerns. We could not have asked for a better experience. Instead of telling me that it can’t be done, they showed me how we could do it.
