The photographer was skilled in showing the house in professional, well thought out photos that were much better than others we viewed online. Selling during a pandemic has its own set of conditions and the team made sure we and the prospective buyers were comfortable with the process. They were also great in advising on how to keep out family pet comfortable during this process. The team is responsive and skilled in not only getting the best price but the best terms as well which really worked in our favor. We were able to get multiple offers with just 1 weekend of showing our house. The process was smooth. We would use this company again and have recommended them to a family member.
Our realtor from the Tricoli team was Jennie Michuda and she was fantastic. So knowledgeable and honest about every area we looked at. She went above and beyond taking us around when we came in from out of town and checking properties for us when we weren’t in the area. She even did our walkthrough for us on FaceTime as we were closing remotely. I can’t speak highly enough about how pleased my wife and I were with her service and professionalism. We have had mediocre to poor realtors before in prior home purchases and having a competent professional make a world of difference.
