Jeff and his team at Keller Williams -Tricoli were amazing from the beginning to the end of our experience with selling our house. They kept us well informed throughout the process always available for any questions we had. They strategically planned, executed and delivered the best possible outcome and we couldn’t be happier. https://www.tricoliteam.com/property/RX-10772720
Jeff and his team have sold multiple properties for me ranging from $75k-$4M. They can handle any project large or small. He and his agents are very attentive and detail oriented. The Tricoli Team RE is my preferred realtor in South Fl.
From start to finish, they never skipped a beat. Great pics to list the property, met every deadline, and kept the lines of communication every step of the way. Customer service is a part of their process, as they were urgent in any of my inquiries and concern. Received a post closing call from Mr. Tricoli to ensure the service was at an acceptable level...it was. Would use them again for my next deal!
I began looking for a house about 2 months ago, I put my number in and Jeff’s team reached out to me right away. We worked with Brielle and she was amazing start to finish. Everybody was very knowledgeable and quick to help. We found our perfect home and closed 2 weeks later. I was also struggling to find a good lender and they recommended Matt weavers team who also helped so much. They were beyond helpful all the way around and Brielle got answers to every question we had if she didn’t already know. Brielle was also very flexible and if we needed to see a house as soon as possible, she made sure that it happened. I highly recommend Jeff’s team to everybody.
If you want to buy or sell a house in Palm Beach County, I recommend Jeff Tricoli and his team. I accepted a job offer on the west coast of Florida and had to sell my house on a tight schedule. I didn’t know of any reputable realty companies, so I signed up on a national real estate referral site and they got me in touch with Jeff’s team. Jeff’s team is very knowledgeable and made it easy for me to list my house. They worked around my needs and scheduled the showings. Once we received the best bid, Jeff Tricoli and his team helped me understand the next steps. They work with a local title company and made certain we closed on time. Special thanks to Nicole and Liz for following up and keeping me informed throughout the process. Again, if you are in search of real estate professionals, look no further than Jeff Tricoli and his team.
The Tricoli team was top-notched in selling our home. Highly recommend them! Thank You Jeff Tricoli for creating a great and knowledgeable team!
In this housing market there are so many choices for your realtor needs. We were indecisive on who to choose and the direction we needed to go for our needs and timeframe of selling our home. After reading all the positive reviews on the Tricoli team it was an easy choice. We immediately called Tricoli, set up an appointment and Ryan showed up promptly and eagerly to guide us step by step on what is involved in selling a home through Tricoli. They go above and beyond to get your home listed on every advertisement, social media, and resources available to make it the as successful as possible. The Tricoli team is very knowledgeable with every aspect of the market. Without hesitation we put our home up for sale and had over 40 showings the first weekend and was under contract! We are so pleased with all the Tricoli team did for us it was a true pleasure working with them. We will highly recommend them in the future. Thank you so much Jeff for putting together an amazing team!

Jeff and his team helped me sell my home during a difficult time in my life. The entire staff was always there to help answer any questions and handled all the details which helped make the sale of my home a less stressful experience during this time. And the the Tricoli team turned right around and helped me purchase a new home. I can’t thank them enough for all their help during a stressful time. And this isn’t the first time I’ve reached out to the Tricoli team to help me buy/sell and would recommend them to help with all your real estate needs. Thanks again for all you did Tricoli Team!
I am so thankful to the Tricoli Team for making the sale of my family home so easy. I'm telling you this team runs like a well oiled machine! I had Nicole (my go to) who not only was quick to respond to my texts but also to my calls. If I had a question or concern she was on it! That was so appreciated and she really made the whole process go so much smoother. Then I had Rose who helped me with both the inspection and addendums! The explanations were clear and concise. I had Al who kept me notified on feedback from the people looking at my property. I also had Gale who helped me through the appraisal. I'm sure I'm leaving someone out but these stood out. Jeff has put together such a great group of people. I was very impressed to have this team in my corner. I highly recommend them without any reserve. I'm very thankful to all of them.
My wife and I are first time homebuyers. We spoke with a few different agents during the first few weeks as we were going to open houses on our own. Jennie from the Tricoli team blew everyone else out of the water. She was very responsive to calls and texts. She was a wealth of knowledge and you could tell that she really wanted my wife and I to understand the process and be comfortable throughout.
Both transactions went well and we were happy with the results. They were able to quickly and effectively address all issues as they came up and made the process less stressful for our growing family.
