We had a very unique search that did not easily fit into the normal search parameters and Jeff worked with us to understand exactly what we wanted out of a home and to find the right options for us. Additionally, many of the homes we were looking at were much older and we were extremely glad to work with a realtor like Jeff with a background as a contractor. This was a game changer in contextualizing the potential work needed and the work previously done on the homes we were looking at. As new home buyers, Jeff was exceptional patient talking us through the process and helping us understand the timeline and expectations at each step. This helped us feel prepared for each part of the home buying process and made us feel very comfortable throughout the experience. Jeff worked hard on our behalf to get the cost down on the house and in the end we got a fantastic deal and are so excited about our new home.
