Whether you are buying or selling a home, I highly recommend Jeff Tooker as an agent. He has sold two condos for us. He is the hardest working agent out there, going above and beyond to ensure a smooth and successful transaction. Jeff's value-added services are truly unique in the industry. He gave great advice on what was needed to get our condos ready for sale and was a tremendous help in coordinating contractors, making repairs/improvements, etc. Jeff is very knowledgeable on the market and on every aspect of real estate transactions. He stayed totally on top of all contract requirements and deadlines (I didn't even need to think about them!), and he was instrumental in navigating lending and HOA challenges to ensure we made it to closing. Jeff is very personable, and his communication with his clients and other agents is outstanding.
