Offer to Closing in 30 Days!
Like many great stories these days, it starts with a text.
Me - "I just saw 71 Remington as a new listing. Kind of really really like it."
Jeff - "We can see it at 4p"
Four days later we had a signed Purchase and Sale Agreement, and 30 days later we closed. Now, this is not the norm, and I knew that. First, it was an estate sale, which meant it was being sold "as is". Jeff helped me go through the house and identify the potential risks, some I knew, and some I didn't. His professionalism, and honesty was extremely helpful in the situation.
Second, there were a couple of offers for the property, and the seller was going to make a decision that day. Jeff called me to discuss how high I would want to bid, and what was reasonable for the neighborhood. He 100% had my best interests in mind, to make sure I didn't bid too high during a pressurized time, and to make sure my bid was in-line with the value of the area.
I loved working with Jeff (who also lives in the neighborhood), he gave me great guidance, and his wealth of experience and knowledge of Pawtuxet Village was invaluable. I will be forever grateful to Jeff for making what is normally a really stressful process, calm, fun, and best of all, a wonderful success.
