I bought my house with Jeff, so when it came time to sell, i knew exactly who to call. I needed to sell in December, i needed to sell quickly, and i was going to be away meaning i'd need to lean on him more than usual. Jeff and team got the property ready in 48 hours, we had an open house that weekend, and an offer the week after that. Just amazing and incredible, walked me through the whole process and helped coordinate why i was away. Without a doubt in my mind, the greatest real-estate agent in Rhode Island , and quite possibly the world

My wife and I decided to reach out to Jeff when we knew we wanted to buy our first home. Not only did he respond to our initial inquiry promptly, but he invited us to his office to review the process of purchasing a home as first-time buyers, and provided a framework for us to use as we navigated the market. We were diligent in our search, and he responded quickly and was always available to talk or answer questions - day or night. Any time we expressed interest in a house, he quickly made himself available to view the property with us. Whenever we wanted to make an offer, again, he sprang to action and came up with a perfect strategy each time. Everything went as smoothly as can be, and we are so grateful for Jeff's expertise and guidance. We cannot say enough good things about our experience working with him. If you are looking for a realtor in RI, Jeff St Germain is the person to call.

I cannot say enough good things about working with Jeff. From the first meeting to the final closing he was the perfect agent to work with. He provided us with expert guidance while my husband and I searched for our first home. Because it was our first time, we were nervous about how the process would unfold but Jeff made us feel completely secure and confident throughout the whole experience. I can’t recommend him enough and if we move again we know just who to call.

Jeff was always available and took care of any and all paperwork along way which made things really easy for us. We placed an offer on two different homes before buying the second and both times Jeff took time to go over the inspection in detail with me and ensured I was able to make an informed decision. This was our first time buying a home and Jeff made the whole process easy!

Jeff was such a pro meeting our every need. He was attentive to details, walked us through every process and was excellent about keeping us moving forward in the process. He didn't mind extra attention to explaining and re-explaining processes. He was transparent and thoughtful about delivering information to us in a timely manner. Even before we actually listed, he provided a walk through to engage us how to move swiftly through selling our unit. I would highly recommend his service and professional representation and his personable agreeable "go to"/"solve all" attitude.

Jeff St. Germain is an absolutely amazing realtor. He's personable. He's attentive. He listens and then he goes above and beyond your expectations to take care of you. It doesn't matter if you are a buyer or a seller. Jeff is not just the realtor you want, he's the realtor you need.

Jeff is terrific. He exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond the normal service to sell my condo and get a very good price for it. He’s personable, reliable, a great communicator and well connected within the realty and lender community. This is my 3rd time using Jeff to buy/sell and I wholeheartedly recommend him.

We met Jeff at an open house, and he took the time to talk to us afterwards about other options. We had never heard of Pawtuxet Village before he mentioned there were some places available. We immediately fell in love with the area. Jeff was very knowledgeable on all aspects of the buying process and guided us to buying our first home. We are so happy to have met Jeff, and recommend him to anyone looking to buy in RI.

My mother and I moved from GA to RI and had the good fortune to have Jeff as our realtor. We had such an amazing and stress free experience that we now consider Jeff as a part of our family. He cares about his clients and is willing to go the extra mile for you. I asked him so many questions and he was always available to provide me with an informative answer. His personality is very calming and you always feel comfortable to ask him questions. I found my home after about 3 weeks. Even after I closed and moved into my new home Jeff made himself available to answer general questions. I can say that my experience with Jeff has made me feel right at home here in Rhode Island. Jeff is always welcome at our home!

Jeff is an extremely professional agent and very knowledgeable about the local market. It was a pleasure working with Jeff

Jeff brought is both kind and savvy. We were fortunate to have him as our agent. He worked to make the experience smooth and successful. I highly recommend him!
