Jeff was able to share his knowledge of the area and provided a virtual tour of the home. He sent a git of assorted boxes which was helpful for last minute packing. Jeff was present at our new home which allowed the movers to stage while we completed signing our closing documents. We highly recommend Jeff St. Germain.
The Joly Family wants to express their thanks to Jeff St Germain and his Keller Williams team for their help in our leaving our home of fifty-five years . It was a monumental yearlong job requiring patience, stamina, and perseverance. Many were asked to prepare the house for selling and many were asked to help us place family treasures in other hands who would treasure them and pass them down to our descendants. The many memories will be with us forever, and Jeff gave us the time it took all of us to “remember” Cherry Road. We will be ever thankful Jeff was there helping us with this task.
We had a great experience with Jeff. With his in-depth knowledge of our market, he was able to price our house very competitively. This generated a lot of interest, and we quickly got several great offers to choose from. We would definitely recommend him
Deciding to sell our home after 35 years was not an easy decision, working with Jeff St. Germain made the process more pleasant than we thought possible. From the initial consultation to closing day Jeff was always at the ready with a quick response to any questions or concerns. He oversaw every aspect of the sale and his knowledge and insight of the market was invaluable and correct. We felt well prepared in dealing with this major life transition with Jeff’s help. We recommend Jeff’s services to friends, family and anyone who is thinking of making a move. He will make turning the page on any chapter of your life a much lighter lift, including that last bin he helped us pack away.
Jeff is easy to work with. He is very knowledgeable and pays attention to the smallest details that make the experience less stressful.
Jeff was thorough, on top of every detail. Seemless...start to finish. Would recommend him and will work with him again.
Jeff handled the sale of my home from first advice through close—mostly when I was living over 1,000 miles away. He handled work with repair and landscape people, recommended an excellent estate sale business, and deftly managed the twists and turns that invariably happen with selling a house. I found I could rely on h for fast, clear communication and market wisdom. I was very satisfied with the offer I accepted and with how smoothly the close went.
I have had the pleasure of working with Jeff on two separate transactions, and I can honestly say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we started, Jeff demonstrated unparalleled professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to helping me find the perfect properties. He took the time to truly understand my needs and preferences, which made the entire process feel personalized and much less stressful. What stood out most was his in-depth knowledge of the local market and his ability to guide me through every step of the process—from initial search to closing. Jeff was always available to answer any questions, offer advice, and provide thoughtful insights, making me feel confident and well-informed throughout the process. Jeff’s responsiveness, was outstanding. I never felt rushed, and I knew that my best interests were always the priority. Thanks to Jeff, I was able to secure two fantastic properties and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. If you're looking for a real estate agent who truly cares about your goals and delivers results, look no further than Jeff St. Germain. I highly recommend his expertise without hesitation.
We loved working with Jeff. He helped us get our beautiful forever home and to sell our previous home, that he also helped us purchase 9 years ago. He made things easy and enjoyable. We wouldn’t ever work with anyone else. Thanks so much, Jeff!!
This is the second time Jeff has been my agent as a seller and he also did a fantastic job as our agent as a buyer in between. He communicates well and was so helpful with great knowledge of the market. I highly recommend him as will want to work with him again should I have a real estate need!
