I spent a good month or two trying to find a selling agent that seemed like a good fit. We have worked with realtors in the past who were great, but a little more passive and old fashioned in their approach. We wanted someone who was up to date with things like photography and marketing and who understood the right way to approach our Mid Century split level. Jeff is extremely friendly and engaging, deals well with anxiety ridden clients, and quickly understood what we needed and how to get there. We were downsizing from 2600 sqft to traveling full time in our RV, so it was very hectic and stressful, but Jeff was able to work around everything and get us on the market all staged and beautiful in short order. We left town just as the house was listed and left it all in Jeff's hands. It sold quickly for a price that we were very pleased with, and Jeff made sure that the process of us closing from thousands of miles away was painless. From providing vendors to assist in getting everything ready to show to cleaning out the basement. He has a wealth of knowledge he uses to his clients advantage!
