Right from the start we knew we were in good hands with Jeff. After viewing our property he came up with a sound plan for our situation. Though we didn’t know it at the time and had our own druthers, Jeff’s approach resulted in a sale $25,000 over our original asking price. He certainly knows his business and the changing market.
