Jeff was tasked to sell our beach house located in Ventura. My brother (in Montana) and I (in Arizona) pretty much left it to him to manage everything. A small cottage on the water built in 1963 and owned by our family since 1966, he understood the area, handled the marketing and made suggestions to help showcase the home to its advantage. Although we didn’t follow EVERY suggestion, there were very few that we did not. Always friendly and professional along with great communication, it made a tough task as easy for us as possible.
