My wife and I became acquainted with Jeff as we pursued buying our first home which we closed on in March of 2013, it was the best decision we have made. We were very uneducated on what is involved in buying a home and that made us nervous, however Jeff made it so easy. He made it comfortable while looking at properties, explained the details, guiding us through the procedures and kept us informed through the whole process. His personality and character make him approachable, patient and kind. Not only was buying a home the best decision we have made, having Jeff work with us was a choice that made it even better.

Jeff was constantly looking for buyers. Since the home was built for handicapped, he posted flyers in appropriate locations. The house sold about the time frame in was hoping.

My wife and I were looking to buy a house, we started our search online and came across a few sites, there was a house listed on a site and I called on it and was told that they were not able to show us the house, and we were a little discouraged about that. My wife got on to Century 21 real estate web site and we saw that the same house was listed on their site as well. So I called and was put through to Jeff, where he was very nice and professional and helped us get started on looking at home right away. He was very helpful as we are first time home buyers he helped us and explained how things work and everything that we needed to do. As soon as we came across that house that we wanted to call home, he helped us get started on the loan process right away and has been very helpful and taken care of us very well. When we were ready to sell our home, we interviewed some other realtors before we found Jeff Hardy. The others arrived at our house "already knowing" what our house was worth without even seeing it! They recommended a far lower price than we thought it was worth, we assume it was to get the sale quickly over with. Jeff was different. He took into consideration our home's excellent qualities, but also location, neighborhood, and other things that had made the home so special to us. He agreed with us about what the home was worth, and he showed it very well with excellent photos and viewing appointments. He was always in touch with us, either by phone or email. He was always available to answer questions, always called us back right away if we left a message. We seemed to understand his strong worth ethic and honesty right from the start, and this proved itself when the house sold for the amount we wanted, not long after it was on the market. Jeff listed and sold our existing home, and helped us buy a new home in a just a few months. He is very professional and gave great suggestions on how to present the existing home to potential buyers. He showed us homes for sale that were just what we were looking for. Jeff worked extremely hard for us. He kept us informed on a daily basis as to what was open & available, and was diligent in finding homes that met our criteria. Even when he went outside the box, he let us know honestly what he thought, & whether the properties should be given serious consideration. He listened. When we did find "our place" he fought hard to get it for us. Even when it seemed lost ( certainly not due to any lacking effort on his behalf ) he pushed.
