Jeff is absolutely fantastic. He has absolutely exceeded our expectations. We decided to sell our house kind of on a whim and at a weird time, and yet Jeff made everything go smoothly. He always kept us in the loop with any updates as soon as he had them and has really figured out the best ways to get your house out there for the biggest number of potential buyers to see. He also had our house deep cleaned, appraised and had a professional stager come in all before our house hit the market. On top of it all, Jeff is just a really nice guy who genuinely seems to be looking out for his clients best interest, and we couldn’t recommend him more!

Jeff was an excellent guide to the market in the Weber and Davis County areas. He made shopping remotely easy by sending video walk-throughs and descriptions of the rooms. In person, he is professional and friendly. Working with him is more like working with a friend than a realtor. He knows the areas well and has a long history of living in the same areas that he works in. His website is a great tool for finding the details about a house very quickly. We had a lot of requirements for our search, and his website was a real asset when searching the MLS. I recommend him to anyone that is shopping for a new home or looking to sell theirs.

Jeff has a long history of knowing what it takes to sell a house. He informs you on what options you have and guides you in what he feels is the best path but ultimately you as the owner make all decisions. During the sale of our home we had a couple curve balls but in the end we were able make a good outcome. Jeff took the time to handle every situation. He followed up regularly to let me know where things were at but I did not feel pressured into anything. It was a good balance. I would use Jeff again if I had to do it all over again.
