Every detail in the process he handled, cleaning the window, pressure washing the house, etc. The stager, Pat, added her expertise and finishing touches to help sell the home. His knowledge concerning the market was informative and crucial to make timely decisions in order to sell our house.
Jeff helped us buy our home in Utah when we moved from Texas in 2015. He came recommended and went the extra mile to show us 23 houses in one day to accommodate our tight schedule. Fast forward 8 yrs - time to move back to the South; our first call was to Jeff. His sales plan including 5 different value add services, including a stager, who made a HUGE difference in the way our home photographed. He also jumped in to help us find a realtor in another state, and stepped up again when my husband had a health scare to keep us/me on track. Great follow up and communication, personable, professional and treats you like a person and not a sale.

We moved the Utah from California and did not have knowledge of the areas to move to that might suit our needs. Jeff took care of us so well. He asked us many questions and then told us all about the many options we had. He planned out homes to go look at and spent many days with us scoping out our many options for buying a home. Jeff Hardy clearly stood out as the best agent out of the 6 or so agents we talked to. Jeff got us a ton of moving supplies, ran ads for our house, and got house professionally staged. While the house took a few months to sale it was of no fault to Jeff, it was a hard house to sell. We had viewings almost every day. Eventually we sold the house and walked away with a lot more money than we planned. Jeff was there at every step to answer questions and guide us through the process.

Jeff was extremely helpful from the start of the home buying process to the end. He listened to what I wanted and kept it in mind. He pointed out things I didn’t know about my new city (houses near the smell of the dump, roads that are likely to get busier).
