My philosophy about real estate is that I am here to help two parties (Buyer and Seller) find each other & complete a successful transaction, with a minimum level of fuss & headache. Buying & selling a home is an emotional experience, & I don’t believe it is in the best interest to add any pressure to an already tense situation.
