Jeff was so reassuring and listened to my needs. Then , he explained what his homework would entail and when we would meet again the same week. What a nice surprise! Jeff has studied the market. He made sure I understood the pricing and what each offer would bring me in cash. The following week, he took pictures. By the end of the week, my listing was on several media outlets.
