I have worked with Jeannie both as a buyer and as a seller. I am an older client and I have had a lot of experience with various real estate agents. Jeannie is simply the best. Her professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail is simply amazing. What I like most about Jeannie is the way she deals with problems or issues. There is never any drama or friction. Her attitude is always "let's get this fixed". And she does exactly that. She is very proactive, hands on, and involved. Highly recommended from someone who has done a LOT of real estate deals.

Working with Jeannie and Will was a great experience. They gave helpful suggestions, directed our attention to problem areas and pointed out contractors who could provide services. Our home was listed for 1 day when we had a cash offer over our asking price which we accepted before days end. Closing was a piece of cake happening about two weeks later. Overall, I would rate this 5 of 5 and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone selling their home or to use them when buying one. Their market knowledge was excellent. We saw homes similar to ours that have been on the market for months ours was one day. They advised us on a realistic asking price rather than over inflating it and later having to lower it. They we even available via phone when they traveled out of the area. I did much of the work getting the home ready to sell following their lead. I have heard stories from friends who's homes are still on the market and I am very happy that we chose to work with Jeannie and Will.
