Our house was built in 1775 and needed work and we needed to sell. Jeannie was a wonderful realtor to work with, she fought to get us the best price for our house. We had a couple of deals that fell through due to the buyer, and by the time we found out, Jeannie had already had multiple new potential buyers in to look at the house. Jeannie will fight for you and make your home goals come true! We approached Jeannie about selling our condo and building a new home and had no idea where to begin. She held our hand through everything. She calmed my nerves and made the process stress free. Under her guidance we managed to make more on our condo than we ever imagined and design our dream home without any delays or issues (even a pandemic couldn't stop her). Jeannie is the perfect amount of aggressive and knows her stuff. She even comes up with creative ideas to get things done. I can 100% say we would not have accomplished this without Jeannie and we definitely would not have had as much fun!

Jeannie was really helpful in finding a new home for my partner and me. As first time home-buyers the process felt overwhelming at the outset, but Jeannie did a great job of breaking it down for us. Jeannie is a very knowledgeable realtor and very resourceful by recommending e.g. attorney, movers etc. She will guide you, shepherd you along the entire process or just be your soundboard. We encountered various obstacles through the process, but I honestly do not know how we could have survived the roller coaster home purchase ride without Jeannie! She is not only professional but very personable, so you don't feel like you're just a transaction, but built a meaningful and lasting friendship.

Where to begin! Jeannie was absolutely amazing to work with. She first helped us sell our condo which she did after one open house-multiple offers above asking price. She went above and beyond to make it a stress-free process. She helped with getting the house ready for pictures and hired a fantastic photographer. She guided us throughout each step of the sale and put us at ease. She then worked with us when we bought our perfect home. Jeannie couldn’t have been more knowledgeable or thorough throughout each step and I don’t think it could have been easier. Would highly recommend using her-she is the best!
