Her expertise in the neighborhood, pricing, and market conditions gave us a lot of confidence throughout the process. Because we couldn’t be there in person, Jeanna took detailed videos of the homes and carefully walked us through every aspect of the properties, pointing out important details and answering all of our questions honestly and thoroughly. That level of communication and attention made a huge difference for us as remote buyers. She also had a strong network of trusted local service providers, which made inspections, repairs, and other logistics much easier to coordinate.
