Since we were purchasing from out of state, it was incredibly important to have someone who truly knew the area and local market, and Jeanna exceeded every expectation. Her expertise in the neighborhood, pricing, and market conditions gave us a lot of confidence throughout the process. Because we couldn’t be there in person, Jeanna took detailed videos of the homes and carefully walked us through every aspect of the properties, pointing out important details and answering all of our questions honestly and thoroughly. That level of communication and attention made a huge difference for us as remote buyers. She also had a strong network of trusted local service providers, which made inspections, repairs, and other logistics much easier to coordinate. On top of that, Jeanna did an outstanding job structuring the purchase contract to make sure important issues were addressed and we were protected throughout the transaction. We highly recommend Jeanna Rimmer as a real estate agent. Our experience with her was entirely positive. From the outset, we knew that our renovated historic home was unique and would only appeal to a special buyer. Jeanna was proactive in her marketing strategy, holding tours for local agents and widely listing the property. After the house had been on the market for a couple of months, we relocated to the East Coast, leaving the listing in her capable hands. Each time she showed the property, she arrived early to make sure the house was in order, taking care of minor cleaning and freshening. Given the substantial time difference, communication with her was thorough and prompt. When we received a couple of dubious offers, Jeanna counseled us on their merits. She was patient with our concerns when the length of time on the market extended beyond a year. At the time we received a serious offer, she went beyond expectations to work with a challenging negotiating experience. As it happened, the closing process was more involved than we had anticipated, but Jeanna handled the situation with patience and good humor.

Jeanna was great to work with. She really knows the market, history, and connections in the area I was looking. Everytime I found a place I wanted to check out she made time to show me as soon as possible, usually within a day, sometimes same day. I had very unique and specific interests in what I was looking for and she pointed me in the right direction several times during my search. 10/10 would definitely recommend and work with her again though I’m hoping the place we found might be it for my search for a long time to come.

She made me feel very comfortable, step-by-step through the listing selling and closing process. Together, we came up with a fair market value for a quick sale and from listing to closing, it was only about 30 days. The photos and videos that she arranged were first class.

We have used Jeanna for multiple purchases. She is very helpful and does a lot of additional research on her clients. Regarding this last purchase we did with her, we weren't even on Island. We were looking at a different property, but then when it didn't happen, she actually found this property for us. And we actually LOVE it, even more than the one we were initially looking at. She went to the property and did an amazing video for us. We hadn't even stepped foot on the property when the sale was final. When we went to the Island, a few weeks after closing to see our new property, it was almost like we had already been there after seeing her video. I know if we ever purchase another property on Big Island, we will definitely be using Jeanna. You will not go wrong using Jeanna.
