Jean was knowledgeable in every aspect of being a realtor and beyond. She sold our house in a month without any delay or issues. She even helps to get the place show ready. This is my second house that was sold by Jean and Miramar Century 21. I would recommend Jean Maragh anytime of day.

I was having issues getting approved for the house and she gave me all the resources she had so it was a smooth process and I moved in my first house all with her help and smooth process. She had everyone in place to do what's needed to get the house and that was a plus. I didn't have to do nothing but sign and pay.

Due to the surge of demand in South Florida it was so hard to find a nice house without a lot of competition. Jean was always quick to react to new listings, and constantly motivated ( even though at times I thought it wasn't going to happen) she found us the house of our dreams that we could afford. If it wasn't for her quick to act, the house would have been gone in a second. It's now valued significantly higher than I paid. She was also very knowledgeable about comparison prices, and even got me hooked up with a better mortgage broker than the one I had. Larry shopped around for me to get the best rate possible and even thought me some tips and tricks of the mortgage world. Total transparency. It's sometimes hard to find people you can trust to have your best interest and Jean is definitely wanting her clients to get the best value they can. I wish I could afford to by more houses, Jean and her affiliates made it an exciting venture.
