Jean Grimes

I had a wonderful experience working with Jean! She was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She made everything feel smooth and manageable, kept me informed every step of the way, and always had my best interests in mind. I felt supported, heard and confident from beginning to end, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, hardworking, and dedicated real estate agent!

Easy to work with Jean and always answered my questions immediately

My resent condo purchase is the second property I brought with Jean’s assistance. I left the Phoenix area a few years ago and during this relocation I needed to complete most of the buying process remotely. It was very stressful trying to navigate the process from a distance. Jean’s exceptional market knowledge and availability to answer all my questions put my mind at ease. She was incredibly responsive and negotiated a great deal that saved me thousands. I felt truly supported from our initial phone call through closing day. If you’re looking for an extremely professional realtor who unquestionably puts your interests first, I can’t recommend Jean highly enough.

We had an excellent experience working with Jean Grimes as our selling real estate agent. She told us she would sell our home within a week, and she did even better by selling it in one day. From start to finish, Jean made the entire process feel smooth and well-managed. Her communication was outstanding. She kept us informed every step of the way, made sure we understood the process, and took the time to explain everything we were signing. Jean handled every detail with professionalism and care, which gave us a lot of confidence throughout the sale. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and, most importantly, she did exactly what she said she was going to do. We are very grateful for her hard work and would highly recommend Jean Grimes to anyone looking to sell their home.

This is our second time working with Jean, and several family members have used her as well. She is great at communicating and puts a lot of effort into selling your house - Ooen Houses, mailers, online listing, and so much more. Even after the sale, she continues to show her appreciation with client appreciation events. We hope that this is our last move, but if not, we will use her again. And we always recommend her to friends and family.

With so many choices for real estate agents in our area, there is no doubt that Jean Grimes is the one to use. She is a go getter and you never have to worry about poor communication or dropping the ball. She makes selling a house as easy at it can be. This was not our only experience using Jean as our agent and we will continue to do so in the future.
